Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for a floating territory in Fort Smith, AR. The role operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with travel to multiple Patient Service Centers and client sites within the assigned territory to collect specimens and ensure accurate labeling and testing.

The position requires phlebotomy experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience preferred but not required
• Excellent patient service and communication skills helpful
• Fluency in English required

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following established procedures.
• Verify patient identification and log specimens accurately.
• Label, transport, and process specimens per test orders.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Travel within territory to PSCs and client offices as needed.
