Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II to travel within an assigned territory delivering professional phlebotomy services at PSCs, client offices, and other sites. You will ensure accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and adherence to testing protocols while maintaining a high level of service for patients and clients.

The role requires independent work with low error rates, handling more complex collections, and demonstrating our Quest 5Cs in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience.
• English required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures (venipuncture, capillary draws) with minimal error.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing (labeling, centrifuging, storage).
• Provide professional, efficient service and resolve routine patient concerns.
