Quest Diagnostics in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Phlebotomist II Territory (Float) to travel within the assigned region and perform professional phlebotomy services at Patient Service Centers, client offices, and other sites.

Responsibilities include accurate specimen collection, patient identification, and data entry, while maintaining high-quality laboratory results and patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification required in certain states (e.g. CA, NV, WA, LA).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary draws following procedures.
• Verify patient identification and correct labeling; enter data as required.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; label, centrifuge, split, store as needed.
• Confirm orders with lab systems and directive of services.
