Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following established procedures for tests including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Obtain patient identification and signatures to confirm labeling accuracy; perform data entry as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing including labeling, centrifuging, splitting and storage as required by test order.
• Research test/client information and confirm and verify all orders using lab systems.
