Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Phlebotomist III to travel within an assigned territory, performing venipuncture and capillary draws at patient service centers and client offices. You will ensure patient identification, accurate labeling, and adherence to testing protocols in a professional, low-error environment.

The role requires three years of phlebotomy experience and state certifications where applicable, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections including venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling according to orders.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing, including labeling and storage.
• Provide professional, accurate data entry for patient registration and billing where required.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Travel within the assigned territory and cover PSC/IOP locations as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA and LA)
