Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II for the Nashville, TN territory. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with travel within territory to PSCs and client sites delivering professional phlebotomy services.

You will collect specimens, verify patient IDs, and ensure accurate labeling and processing for high-quality lab results. You will work independently with a focus on minimizing errors, uphold Quest 5Cs in every interaction, and support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred or required in certain states.
• English required for patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections by venipuncture and capillary draws.
• Ensure correct patient identification and labeling accuracy.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing per orders.
• Provide professional, courteous patient service and data entry.
