Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II to join our operations in Stephenville, TX. This onsite contract role requires travel to multiple Patient Service Center locations with a 3-month duration and pay rates of $19.38–$22.53 per hour.

As PSR II / phlebotomy specialist, you will collect blood samples, verify patient information, maintain records, and support safe, accurate lab processing in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and on-call duties may apply across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, and WA.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Verify patient demographic information and initials post-venipuncture to ensure tubes are labeled correctly.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
