Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• State of Credentials Licenses Required: Yes.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company to patients and draws quality blood samples.
• Prepares specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and builds trust while drawing blood.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors with focus on process excellence.
• Under supervision, performs daily activities accurately and maintains records.
