Qualifications
- Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred in certain states.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver license and clean driving record.
- English communication with patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screenings.
- Verify orders and enter data accurately in lab systems.
- Enter billing information and collect payments as required.
- Lead on-site staff; mentor new employees and coordinate with supervisors.
- Travel to Territory Manager meetings and participate in special projects.
- Maintain phlebotomy logs and ensure safety and SOP compliance.
