Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Data entry experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages.
• Data entry and processing of specimens (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing).
• Assist with staff schedules and workload distribution.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Document issues and communicate with leadership and clients as needed.
• Support SOP implementation and coaching of new staff.
