Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead in Bluffton, SC. The role covers Patient Service Center and mobile/office phlebotomy workflows with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend rotations.

Pay starts at $24.85+ per hour, with eligible bonuses based on performance and organizational factors. The position requires extensive phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and leadership capabilities to coach staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Friendly and professional communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to work at multiple locations within territory as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Patient Service Center/Phlebotomy teams in Bluffton and surrounding sites.
• Collect specimens and ensure proper labeling, handling, and data entry per SOPs.
• Coach and mentor staff; assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and assist with scheduling and logistics.
