Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Isanti, MN is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead to supervise daily operations in patient service centers and mobile/office phlebotomy. You will coach staff, ensure accuracy in specimen handling, and coordinate schedules across PSC/IOP locations.

The role requires extensive phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Flexibility for hours and travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Seven years phlebotomy experience required including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred in certain states.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and ensure accurate patient information labeling.
• Provide onboarding support and act as mentor to new employees.
• Support PSC/IOP operations and coordinate schedules.
