Qualifications

Seven years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Excellent phlebotomy skills and ability to work across multiple site types.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Collect specimens according to established procedures and ensure proper labeling.
Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with data entry and inventory.
Assist with onboarding and mentor new staff; provide on-site coaching as needed.
Support with special projects and coordinate travel to different sites.
