Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and label specimens accurately.
• Centrifuge specimens and record maintenance data.
• Decontaminate materials and update patient information as required.
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly and courteously to patients.
• Match requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure proper labeling.
• Package specimens for transport and store according to protocol.
