Job summary

Labcorp in Westford, MA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform skilled blood collections for patients of all ages and ensure accurate data entry and specimen handling, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes traveling to additional sites as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays. Pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour, and PST incentives may apply based on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Preferred: LabCorp experience and 2+ years as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
