Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in West Chester, PA. You will perform blood collection by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, and ensure accurate data entry and specimen handling. Travel to additional sites may be required.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm with rotating Saturdays, and emphasizes customer service and reliable performance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience

Responsabilités

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
