Workforce Recruiter in Greenwich, CT seeks a Phlebotomist for a contract role (3 months + potential for permanent). Schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. Requires phlebotomy certification and at least 1 year of venipuncture experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Experience performing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging, and recording maintenance data.
• Collect and store specimens per established procedures.
• Explain venipuncture processes clearly and courteously to patients.
• Demonstrate technique with needles and ensure specimen integrity.
• Match requisitions to specimens and prepare for transport.
• Store and label specimens according to protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Comply with OSHA/DEP regulations and attend trainings.
• Answer calls and relay lab results to inquiries.
