• Centrifuge specimens, record maintenance data and decontamination.
• Explain venipuncture steps clearly to patients and staff.
• Match requisitions to specimen tubes and label correctly.
• Package specimens for transport and store per required temps.
• Ensure OSHA/DEP compliance and participate in trainings.
