Meritas Advisory Group, LLC in Port Charlotte, FL is seeking a contract Phlebotomist for a 3-month assignment with potential for permanent hire. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Requires 2–4 years of diagnostic phlebotomy experience and pediatric to geriatric patient exposure.

Formación

• Valid state phlebotomy certification
• 6 months+ venipuncture experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood draws and label specimens per protocol
• Centrifuge specimens and maintain accurate records
• Explain venipuncture procedures clearly to patients
• Ensure proper packaging and transport of specimens
• Adhere to OSHA and DEP regulations during procedures
