Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays to support donors.
