Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Douglasville is looking for a dedicated individual to support plasma donation operations. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are met to help collect life-changing medicines.

Candidates should possess a high school diploma and have experience in customer service roles. Physical stamina for standing and lifting is required, along with a commitment to customer care. Compensation includes a starting hourly wage of $16.00 and various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Greet donors and focus on their experience while ensuring safety.
• Help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement.
