Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
