Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Douglasville, GA, is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our team. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with training provided.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor during donation, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and handle setup and maintenance as trained.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and customer service, with opportunities to contribute to donor experience and center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor vitals and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in process improvements using 5S/Kaizen.
