Job summary

BioLife is seeking a dedicated part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support at our Georgia center. Shifts run 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends and holidays required.

The role reports to the Plasma Center Manager and centers on donor safety and quality service. You will greet donors, screen both new and returning donors, record vital signs and finger stick results, and use the Donor Information System to maintain donor charts and compensation records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes per policy.
• Provide coverage across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
