Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with glove use due to bloodborne pathogens exposure.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Maintain donor charts and use the Donor Information System.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain records.
• Support improvements and adapt to varying shifts including weekends/holidays.
