Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Augusta, GA, is seeking a part-time Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, and perform vital signs and finger sticks, while ensuring safety for donors and staff.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours. A high school diploma is required, and prior customer/patient facing experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
