Job summary

BioLife in Georgia is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomy support to join our center. Shifts are 4-6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with weekends required.

You will greet donors, perform screenings, collect donor vital signs, use the Donor Information System, and help maintain center operations.

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement changes.
