Job summary

Versiti Blood Research Institute seeks a Donor Driver to support mobile drives. You will perform phlebotomy, interact with donors, and transport staff and supplies safely. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Requirements include a high school diploma and ability to work 4:00am–10:00pm shifts, including evenings and weekends. Training is provided; bilingual Spanish increases possible after certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant people facing experience preferred.
• Less than 1 year job-related experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares collection site and sets up equipment and systems.
• Operates mobile drive vehicle with Safe DOT-compliant transport.
• Performs donor interviews and phlebotomy following safety protocols.
• Responds to donor questions and concerns professionally.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
