Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist Trainee. No phlebotomy experience required; full training provided. You will be the first point of contact for patients, perform front desk duties, and support clinical teams.

You will learn venipuncture and other clinical tasks while developing customer service skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is a full-time role with benefits and opportunities for advancement after training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk duties and patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance and scheduling tasks.
• Support lab and clinical activities and assist providers as needed.
• Engage with patients with empathy and clear communication to ensure a positive in-office experience.
