Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Medical Assistant (Lab Services/Member Support) to provide venipuncture and clinical support, while ensuring a welcoming, on-brand office experience for patients. You will be the first point of contact and help with patient intake, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience, strong customer-service skills, and comfort with the EMR and office tech stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience as Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Typing and computer literacy across multiple software systems
