Qualifications

• Must hold one or more of the following credentials: Medical Assistant cert or CPT, or equivalent.
• Active credentials must be current or has been active within last 6 months.
• At least 6 months MA/Phlebotomist experience outside training/externship.

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture and basic clinical support for a senior population.
• Serve as first point of contact for patients at the front desk.
• Manage scheduling, intake, and insurance verification processes.
• Support providers and virtual medical team with clerical duties as needed.
• Maintain orderly front desk and lab areas, including inventory and sterilization.
