Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks an Advancement Coordinator within University Advancement to support Philanthropic Strategy teams. You will help move fundraising progress by managing dashboards, coordinating program leader travel logistics, and preparing briefing materials.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and collaboration across UA offices. You will work with Senior Manager of Support Services and contribute to prospect strategy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in administration or fundraising support.
• Strong attention to detail and professional discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support focused on top prospects and program leaders’ portfolios.
• Manage dashboards and track task execution to drive accountability across UA.
• Coordinate program leader travel and donor meetings, including itineraries and briefing materials.
• Prepare prospect briefing materials and facilitate post-meeting follow-ups.
• Submit data requests and pull data from the department CRM with discretion.
