You will help advance fundraising progress by managing top prospects, coordinating donor materials, and preparing briefing materials for leadership engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
• Relevant Experience (3 Years)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support focused on the management of the unit’s top prospects and dean’s portfolio.
• Review and facilitate the team’s support of active and planned philanthropic proposals designated to the unit, and related actions needed.
• Manage and update dashboards; track and coordinate execution of tasks to drive accountability of colleagues across UA.
• Organize and attend internal meetings with territory gift officers to strategize and plan dean travel and visits.
• Facilitate post-meeting follow up by coordinating next steps and adjustments to strategy.
