Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Advancement Coordinator within the Philanthropic Strategy Team of University Advancement.

The role provides administrative and operational support to one or more school- or initiative-focused teams, managing dashboards, coordinating leadership travel logistics, and preparing briefing materials to advance donor strategy. You will work with senior staff to track tasks, organize meetings, and ensure timely follow-up while handling confidential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Based in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for top prospects and dean's portfolio.
• Manage dashboards and coordinate task execution across UA teams.
• Coordinate leadership travel logistics and donor materials.
• Prepare briefing materials and facilitate post-meeting follow up steps.
• Coordinate logistics of ongoing Executive Director and Dean donor meetings and travel.
• Maintain UA school team’s internal presence on the intranet and MS Teams channels.
