Job summary

The Children''s Center Utah is seeking a part-time Philanthropy Assistant to support the Development team in managing major gifts and philanthropic partnerships. This role includes maintenance of the major gifts pipeline, donor research, and administrative support for cultivation activities.

You will help prepare reports, donor communications, and meeting materials while coordinating events and scheduling donor visits with the Director of Philanthropic Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Administrative, database, or nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate tracking of prospects, opportunities, and activity in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Support major gifts and capital campaign pipelines and prepare reports.
• Coordinate donor meetings, briefings, and materials for cultivation activities.
• Ensure donor information is current and well documented across systems.
• Assist with fundraising updates, proposals, and stewardship materials.
• Prepare and organize donor correspondence and materials for leadership.
