Job summary

Meta House is seeking a Philanthropy Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the Philanthropy & Marketing Department. You will ensure donor data integrity, process gifts and acknowledgements, and support administration for committees and events.

The role requires strong data entry, administrative skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with accuracy. Occasional extended hours may be needed, and experience with donor databases is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Experience with donor databases and gift processing is preferred.
• Strong administrative and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain donor database accuracy and integrity with gifts, pledges, and notes.
• Process charitable gifts, pledges, matching gifts, stock gifts, and in-kind contributions.
• Generate donor acknowledgements and tax receipts.
• Pull reports and maintain memorial/tribute gift records.
• Provide admin support to the Philanthropy & Marketing team; assist committees.
