Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center Foundation seeks a Major Gifts Manager to execute a comprehensive solicitation program for major and principal gifts, corporate sponsorships, and the grateful patient program. The role supports the $500 million comprehensive campaign and strengthens ties with community leaders and donors.

The position requires building a 150+ donor portfolio, ~120 face-to-face visits annually, and effective use of Raiser's Edge for prospect tracking and forecasting fundraising revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years nonprofit experience with donor, community and/or corporate cultivation and solicitation.
• Ability to represent Jupiter Medical Center and the Foundation with diverse constituencies.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Solicit private monetary contributions through major and principal gifts, the grateful patient program, corporate sponsorships, and campaigns.
• Build and manage a portfolio of gift prospects (150+) and conduct 120+ face-to-face visits annually.
• Collaborate with the Major Gifts Team to support a $500 million comprehensive campaign.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit prospective benefactors and connect them to Jupiter Medical Center.
