Job summary

CSL in New Jersey is seeking a Donor Pheresis Processor to prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for pheresis procedures and to monitor the process under supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing the autopheresis machine, recording incidents with the PDA, linking equipment to donors, maintaining donor data accuracy, and enforcing HSE/OSHA policies while ensuring a clean, safe environment. Overtime may be required and bilingual skills may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three months’ work experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents using the PDA and link equipment to donors.
• Enter donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
• Overtime may be required to support center operations.
