Job summary

CSL is seeking a Plasma Collection Technician to perform venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process, ensuring donor safety and SOP compliance. You will collect plasma, document donor data, and maintain a clean, compliant work environment across centers in Georgia, USA.

CA centers may have additional qualification requirements, and healthcare experience is valued. Opportunity for cross-training and growth within a fast-paced plasma donation operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• For Centers located in CA additional qualifications may apply (state CPT I or RN).

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process per SOPs.
• Set up donor, monitor during donation, and disconnect donor.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• May be cross-trained in other areas and respond to equipment issues as needed.
