Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a donor center professional to efficiently collect plasma through pheresis. You will perform venipuncture, monitor donors during the procedure, ensure adherence to SOPs and FDA guidelines, and document all donor information accurately.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean work environment, educating new donors about the process, and addressing donor questions and needs with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must perform venipuncture to begin pheresis.
• Must monitor donor safety and donor flow during the procedure.
• Follows SOPs and FDA guidelines for all steps of pheresis and donation.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedure and plasma collection.
• Set up donor, monitor during donation and disconnect after.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system.
• Maintain clean working environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Education of new donors on the donation process and policies.
