CSL is seeking staff to prepare pheresis machines and donor areas, monitor the procedure, and ensure safety and data integrity. The role requires attention to alarms, donor well-being, and accurate data entry in the center’s information systems.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, some health-care experience, and basic math skills. The work environment is operational, with potential overtime and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience in health care or similar setting recommended.
• Basic math calculations skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms.
• Disconnect donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain awareness of donor reactions during/after pheresis.
• Record incidents and link equipment to donors using PDA.
• Log donor data in the electronic donor information system per SOPs.
• Follow HSE/OSHA policies and maintain safe, clean work area.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and may be cross-trained in other areas.
