CSL is seeking an individual to perform pheresis-related duties in a donor center. Responsibilities include preparing equipment and donor areas, monitoring the pheresis process, and ensuring accurate data entry according to SOPs.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and coordination with staff to manage donor flow and potential adverse events. High school diploma and basic math are required, with at least three months of healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months' work experience, preferably in medical/health provider environment or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process; respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain alertness to donor reactions; notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents with the PDA, including machine alerts and donor events.
• Link equipment and supplies to the appropriate donor in the system.
• Alert Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Ensure accurate donor data entry in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Follow policies related to hyperimmune programs when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available; follow HSE/OSHA policies.
