Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking a Pheresis Technician to prepare donors and equipment for the pheresis process and to monitor donors during treatment. The role requires the ability to respond to alarms, maintain donor safety, and ensure accurate data entry using the PDA and donor information systems.

The job supports maintaining a clean, efficient work environment and strict adherence to SOPs, HSE, and OSHA guidelines. Prior health provider experience and basic math skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math calculations.
• Minimum three (3) months’ work experience in medical/health provider environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA and link equipment to donor records.
