Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking apheresis support staff to prepare donors, equipment, and area for pheresis procedures. You will monitor donors during the process, respond to alarms, and handle post‑procedure records using a PDA.

Accuracy in data entry and adherence to SOPs is essential to maintain donor safety and program integrity. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least three months in a medical or health provider setting, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA and link equipment to donors.
• Maintain accurate donor information in the electronic system and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
