Job summary

CSL Vifor in Rome, GA is seeking a dedicated pheresis technician to prepare donor areas, equipment, and the autopheresis machine for procedures. You will help maintain donor confidentiality, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and may be cross-trained in other areas as needed to support the center’s operations.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math calculations.
• Prior experience in medical or health provider environment preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA according to SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
