Job summary

CSL is seeking a role in Cincinnati to prepare the donor and pheresis equipment for processing. The position involves monitoring the donor and the process, responding to alarms, and disconnecting the donor when complete.

You will use a PDA to log incidents, link equipment to donors, and alert supervisors of flow issues. Candidates should be able to document donor data accurately and follow SOPs while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience in a medical/health provider environment or equivalent.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process; respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain awareness of donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA per SOPs.
• Link equipment and supplies to the donor in the PDA.
• Alert Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic management system per SOPs.
• Understand policies for hyper immune programs where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
