Job summary

CSL is seeking a role focused on preparing the donor area and equipment for pheresis processing in a high-activity environment. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, donor monitoring, and timely disconnects after the procedure, while maintaining confidentiality and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include recording incidents, linking equipment to donors, and ensuring accurate donor data entry in SOP-guided systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience in medical or health provider environment or equivalent.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and pheresis process and respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain alertness to donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic donor information system.
• Ensure proper linkage of equipment and supplies to the donor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
