CSL is seeking a dedicated staff member to prepare the donor area and pheresis equipment for processing. The role requires monitoring the donor and process, responding to alarms, and ensuring donor safety throughout the procedure.

The candidate will document incidents via PDA, link equipment to donors, and maintain accurate donor data while following SOPs and safety policies. Cross-training and bilingual skills may be required depending on needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Aufgaben

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process, responds to alarms or signals during the process.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintain alertness to any donor reactions and notify staff as needed.
• Record incidents and donor data using the PDA and link equipment to the donor.
• Alert Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic donor information system per SOPs.
• Follow all HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety in all actions.
