CSL is seeking a donor pheresis support technician to prepare the autopheresis machine and monitor donors during the procedure. You will respond to alarms, disconnect donors when complete, and maintain donor safety throughout the process.

You will use a PDA to log incidents, link equipment to donors, and document data in the center’s electronic system according to SOPs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform basic math are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months’ work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilités

• Prepares the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitors the donor and the pheresis process, responds to alarms or signals during the process.
• Disconnects the donor when the process is complete.
• Maintains alertness to donor reactions and notifies staff as needed.
• Records incidents on the PDA, linking equipment and supplies to the donor.
• Invoices donor data in the electronic donor information system as per SOPs.
