Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year work experience in addictions or related field.
• Minimum two years of continuous sobriety, if in recovery.
• In-compliance alumnus of Recovery Point or Healing Place.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Phase II residents and assist with employment and housing needs.
• Formulate a weekly training procedure for peer mentors and ensure they are prepared for classes.
• Oversee peer mentors and office operations to adhere to program model.
• Oversee and track Phase II transitional house fees and enter into FYIDB.
• Ensure Phase II house is clean, safe, and maintains a recovery atmosphere.
• Conduct daily rounds and ensure shifts complete hourly rounds at house and peer areas.
• Complete alumni surveys in FYIDB and report issues to Program Director.
